These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LeaderOps360 website, software platform, and related services. By accessing or using LeaderOps360, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using LeaderOps360 on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to use the platform on behalf of that organization and to comply with these Terms.
1. About LeaderOps360
LeaderOps360 is a leadership execution and performance management platform designed to help organizations translate strategic priorities into measurable operational results through greater visibility, accountability, and execution discipline.
The platform may include dashboards, performance metrics, strategic outputs, execution drivers, leader check-ins, plans, reporting tools, administrative capabilities, and other related features.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You may not share account credentials with unauthorized users or attempt to gain access to accounts, organizations, information, or functionality that you are not authorized to access.
You should notify LeaderOps360 promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
3. Authorized Use
You may use LeaderOps360 only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable customer agreement.
You may not:
Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, systems, accounts, or data
Interfere with or disrupt the operation, availability, or security of the platform
Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform except where expressly permitted by law
Circumvent security controls, access restrictions, or usage limitations
Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or collect information from the platform without authorization
Use LeaderOps360 in a manner that infringes the rights of another person or organization
4. Customer and User Data
Organizations and authorized users may enter or upload information into LeaderOps360, including operational, performance, planning, organizational, and other business information.
As between LeaderOps360 and the customer organization, the customer retains ownership of the information it provides to the platform, subject to any applicable customer agreement.
By submitting information to LeaderOps360, you authorize us to host, process, store, transmit, and otherwise use that information as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights and authorization to enter information into the platform.
LeaderOps360 does not claim ownership of customer business data.
5. Intellectual Property
LeaderOps360 and its associated software, technology, design, branding, trademarks, logos, interfaces, graphics, documentation, methodologies, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to LeaderOps360 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to access and use the platform as authorized, no ownership rights are transferred to users or customers.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or create derivative works from LeaderOps360 materials without prior written authorization.
6. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback regarding LeaderOps360, you grant us the right to use that feedback to improve, develop, or enhance our products and services without compensation or obligation to you.
This does not give LeaderOps360 ownership of your confidential business information or customer data.
7. Availability and Changes to the Service
We work to maintain reliable access to LeaderOps360, but we do not guarantee that the website or platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
We may periodically perform maintenance, update functionality, modify features, add or remove capabilities, or make other changes to the service.
Where appropriate, material changes affecting customer subscriptions may be addressed through applicable customer agreements.
8. Third Party Services
LeaderOps360 may use or integrate with third party technology, software, hosting providers, analytics services, communication tools, or other services.
Your use of certain third party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
LeaderOps360 is not responsible for third party services that are outside our reasonable control.
9. No Guarantee of Business Results
LeaderOps360 provides tools designed to support leadership, planning, performance visibility, accountability, and execution.
However, the platform does not guarantee specific operational, financial, strategic, employee, customer, or business results.
Decisions made using information provided through LeaderOps360 remain the responsibility of the organization and its authorized users.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, LeaderOps360 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or non-infringement except as expressly provided in a separate written agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeaderOps360 and its owners, affiliates, employees, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the website or platform.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
Any additional liability limitations applicable to paying customers may be established in a separate subscription or customer agreement.
12. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to LeaderOps360 if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms, creates a security risk, violates applicable law, or threatens the integrity of the platform or other users.
Customer subscription termination rights may also be governed by a separate written agreement.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the LeaderOps360 Privacy Policy.
By using LeaderOps360, you acknowledge that information may be collected, processed, and stored as described in that policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to in writing.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when the Terms were most recently revised.
Continued use of LeaderOps360 after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
